Pulte Homes is going where the home builder has never gone before and it’s going with eyes wide opened and fingers firmly crossed.
After cutting its teeth on such high-density housing projects as Emeryville’s Liquid Sugar, a townhouse project, and Elevation 22, also in Emeryville, the company is jumping into Oakland’s Jack London Square, where more “firsts” await.

On Grant Avenue in Union Square, The Landmark, is a newly converted 39-unit structure on the site of the former Home Telephone Company. This building was originally built in 1908, is seven stories, a rooftop deck, security, panoramic views and 20-foot ceilings in the lobby. Units range in price from $300k to $1 Million.
