Santa Fe Place is an existing historical warehouse in the Mission Bay district. The building is located directly across from the CalTran Station (formerly the ‘Santa Fe Depot’) and the future Third Street Light Rail extension. There will be 45 one and two bedroom condos from 640 to 1660 square feet.

Rincon Hill on the Rise – SF Chronicle

The Rincon Hill plan that San Francisco’s City Planning Commission is scheduled to vote on this Thursday can be viewed as a visionary blueprint for a new type of neighborhood, or a barn door installed after too many horses have trotted away.
