Marketed as condos, but really “condlofts” with unfinished exposed concrete higher ceilings (8-9 feet) and bedrooms on the same floor as opposed to a loft bedroom, 1Br’s start in the mid 400’s. 2BR’s are in the $600k’s, 3BR’s in the mid 700’s.

Pulte Homes is going where the home builder has never gone before and it’s going with eyes wide opened and fingers firmly crossed.
After cutting its teeth on such high-density housing projects as Emeryville’s Liquid Sugar, a townhouse project, and Elevation 22, also in Emeryville, the company is jumping into Oakland’s Jack London Square, where more “firsts” await.
