According to the sales office at Shipley Square, the last 2BR for $699k is under contract now… the cheapest 2BR is $740k.

Also, one of the last 2 one-bedroom’s are gone now. Only One Left!

there is only 1 “corner�? two-bedroom left at $699k on the 2nd floor facing the inner-courtyard!

2 corner two-bedrooms at $699,000 (approx 1100 s.f. and one parking spot).
9 “master” two-bedrooms from $740,000 to $820,000
2 three-bedrooms at $1.1 Million (1530 s.f. and private decks)
1 “HUGE” two-bedroom at 1450 s.f. for $940k and a large deck (faces east).
